Perfect if you’re purchasing this rower for multi-person, or family home use. It also has velcro straps, which means that you can jump on & off this at your leisure. Yes, it would be nice if the maximum capacity was higher but it’s still decent considering the machine is made from aluminum. The cheaper models can’t have everything, otherwise, they wouldn’t be cheaper models. Warranty When it comes to workouts that last 20 minutes or more we have to say the JLL R200 stood up to the test well. It was not uncomfortable to use for that period of time and even longer sessions of 30-45 minutes were more than do-able. It really does provide a high intensity and energy sapping workout that will have you burning calories as efficiently as any other home workout machine.
