It is recommended that you test the water frequently and adjust the dispenser’s settings depending on your chlorine levels. Products such as washing detergent, moisturiser, deodorant, make-up, sun lotion or fake tan can cause discolouration. We would suggest showering before using the pool to avoid this. If the problem does occur you can use washing up liquid, stain remover or miracle pads to remove stains or marks. HOW TO USE THE CHEMCONNECT™

Punctures are not covered by the warranty line, however, you should be able to mend a puncture with a repair patch Top Ring – Split Seam Made with Bestway’s Tri-Tech construction, this material offers the utmost strength. The built-in flow control drain valve makes it easy to empty your pool. Over exposure to sunlight can cause the top ring to expand and become deformed. To clean the pool, we would recommend using diluted washing up liquid as this is a non-abrasive cleaner Deflate the liner slightly to eliminate the bulging. Please be aware changes in the ambient temperature outside will cause the air inside the liner to expand or contract. On hot summer days we would suggest deflating the pool ring slightly. On colder winter days you may notice the liner looks a little soft and needs some more air. With walls made in a triple layered PVC, with two external PVC layers welded against an internal polyester one, this pool will endure bumps and wear.

Mould can occur if the pool is not completely dry when folded or put away. Humidity and dampness can cause mould to grow due to stagnant water. Do not lean, straddle or exert pressure on the inflatable top ring or top rim as injury or flooding could occur. The Bestway 56456 Water Pump comes with EU plug, therefore an EU / UK adapter will be required and is included in the box.This is normal. The pool will bend inwards until the pool has been filled up to 80% capacity. Please see the pool manual for more detailed information and images. Simply attach a garden hose with the included adaptor to the valve and drain the water away in a location that is best for you.The pool also comes complete with filter pump which will keeps the pool’s water clean.
