I didn't read the books beforehand, so for me the casting felt absolutely perfect! I love to see small-budget movies just because they introduce fresh faces, and this one didn't disappoint at all! Violent rage and bitter fear swirled like a storm inside me, feeding strength I didn’t realise I had.’ A fantastic fae-centered urban fantasy that brought the struggle, action and dramatic love to a convincing close. Miss. Armentrout has my glazed attention and i won't stop the hunt until she pops out another fae gem. Debo decir, que como final esperaba más, por eso el 4 y no el 5. Creo que el segundo libro tiene muchísimo más potencial que este final y que en ciertos momentos ha sido muy pausado y eso me ha dolido mucho, porque esperaba algo MUY ÉPICO. Tal vez preconcebir ideas no sea lo mejor, pero no sé, no ha sido todo lo que esperaba en ese sentido, creo que podría haber sido brillante y ha sido algo bastante normal. Me pasó igual con el final de la trilogía de los elementos oscuros, no sé que le pasa a Jennifer con los finales de saga pero no los acaba de empujar como debería.

Tink por su parte, sigue siendo el que pone humor en los momentos más oportunos para desprendernos un poco de tanta tensión que lleva consigo la trama. Es un personaje que siempre da frescura en todo tipo de momentos. I will be holding out for any and all spin offs that come from this series! And if you haven't started this series yet because you were waiting for it to be done......... well it's done so you have no excuse and should be reading book 1 right now instead of my review! I mean it! Ren would do anything to keep Ivy safe. Anything. Armentrout. It took me forever and a hot day to get started on Brave because the end of trilogy always induces INSANE amounts of anxiety in my body. There was most definitely some bad but mostly good moments that makes JLA's writing bomb.I am so pleased to say I loved this second film, it lived up to what I have come to expect from a passionflix offering and I can't wait to see the third book Brave brought to life with the same treatment! But my favorite part? TINK. That fairy man makes the book. I want him to have his own book, I think it could easily be done. His cutesy comments and delivery gets old. Yes, I know someone must have listened to the audiobook when studying how to play him...but what translates decently in written word, doesn't translate well into a real life character. He's just "Ivy Divy" irritating.

I could see where this book was going. Jen probably wanted to focus on building Ivy and Ren's relationship and that in of itself took up nearly half the book! Good character development all around but it kind of lagged after while... Annnd... there was new material introduced! In true JLA fashion, I scent a spinoff in the future. A spinoff that I am excited about because the Prince (who still has no name) is just mmm-mmm fine. Fiiiiine. Overall, Brave is all in good fun and a good ending to a wonderful series. Für Fans von Jennifer L. Armentrout ist diese Reihe ein absolutes Muss! Auch wenn Band 3 nicht mit den Vorgängern mithalten konnte, war es ein solider Abschluss der Reihe und ich werde die Charaktere definitiv vermissen! Wem Erotik, gemischt mit Fantasy und viel Humor gefällt, der wird die Reihe sehr sehr lieben.Por otra parte, Ren. Quien de a poco se va dando cuenta que sus sentimientos hacia Ivy van mucho más allá de la simple atracción o deseo. Sigue siendo el mismo chico que ya vimos en Cazadora de hadas; luchador, carismático, atrevido (porque, vamos, el chico dice cada cosa sin ningún tipo de anestesia. Ojo, no me estoy quejando). Pero en definitiva, Ren me sigue fascinando como al principio de la historia.
