The only downside I have found with this particular model is it can be a bit noisy when running and the dry clothing function doesn't actually work. Noise wise it sounds like a fridge running , it does have a quiet mode I can bear it running on the landing not sure about in a bedroom sleeping. Overall, this is an impressive dehumidifier, however I found it to be noisier than I would have liked. Featuring a simple, easy to use, soft-touch control panel with LED display, with the built-in timer you can set it to run for as long as you need it and it's impressively quiet so won't disturb you when in use.If your item develops a fault after 60 days of the date you received it, but within the 12 Month warranty period we will offer a FOC repair upon receipt of the item. The instructions were clear and simple to follow and the soft-touch control panel, featuring a large LED display, was easy to navigate.

I've found using it on the quiet setting (it runs slower than the standard setting) to be the most effective. I, like many others, have tried all sorts of hacks at home to lower my energy usage, and hopefully my gas and electricity bills. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. The first sucks air from the room in and passes it over cold coils on to which the warmer air condenses before dripping into a collection tray or tank beneath. If the repair takes an unreasonable amount (over 28 days for cosmetic faults and over 7 days for critical faults) of time Swan will consider authorising an exchange.

As a dehumidifier, it works extremely well, sucking in humid air, removing the moisture and expelling the dry air, through the back. The noise level isn't too intrusive (they're not silent though); the design and build quality is excellent; the timer brilliant and the controls very easy to use! The dehumidifier was tested in a number of rooms in Laura’s house, including the home office and bedroom, during daytime hours and overnight. Great little dehumidifier ,had it working straight out of the box the sensor said 73 and I have had it down to 50 so far , the drawer on the front easily comes out for emptying.
