Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring that it goes underneath both of your arms. The number on the measuring tape is your chest circumference in inches. Measure your band size while wearing a properly fitted bra, but do it while standing before a mirror. The band size is the number of the bra band, and it is located underneath each breast.
